General Info

We are committed to fostering excellent communication with our members and maintaining complete transparency. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
When do sessions run for the club?

Fall session runs mid-September to mid-December.
Winter session runs mid-January to mid-April.
Trial week is the first week of the session for swimmers to see what group they would fit best in.

Do I get a discount for joining later in the season?

Registration closes a month after the session begins and no discounts are given.

Can I swim at the same time as my child?

Yes! Adults can register for our Masters swim program. Adults can swim up to 4 days a week for an hour each day – either 5-6pm or 6-7pm.

Do I need to have insurance from Swim Alberta before joining?

While swimmers do not have to apply for insurance themselves, we do require each swimmer to pay a yearly $30 Swim Alberta fee and complete the Swim Alberta registration process. After registering on our website, an email is sent to each swimmer from Swim Alberta that asks parents/guardians to confirm contact info and agree to their policies.

This is an important part of the registration process and must be completed in a timely manner.

What if I have bingo credits from last year?

If you have bingo credits from events you’ve attended, then choose the ‘pay later’ option when signing up for your membership. A specific invoice will be creating to apply those credits and will be emailed to you directly. Then you can pay via e-transfer.
